HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AND CONFIRM PAYMENT

You can order an item by clicking on the add to cart buttons which are displayed beneath all items. When you click on an add to cart button you will be directed to Gracie's Greetings PayPal page where you can amend quantities, return to shopping or process your payment by PayPal.

Please note we do not accept cheques.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail first class delivery or courier depending on value of order.

Orders from £0.01 - £10.00 will cost £1.00 to post. Orders above this will be shipped free.

Once payment has been confirmed your order will be despatched providing the items are in stock. If any of the items you order are not in stock you will be notified by phone or email.

Please note we do accept orders from outside the UK please email
for delivery costs.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note if you wish to return all of or any part of your order please confirm this in writing to us by either post or email within 5 days of receiving the original order. You will need to return the item or items at your expense within 14 days of receipt. The goods will need to be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale.

Please ensure you get a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office when returning your goods as Gracie's Greetings will not be liable for lost packages without proof of postage.
